Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had been given initial disbursement under the housing scheme. Then by letter dated 27th December, 2021 his client was told to refund the money for being included in the left out eligible list. Thereby, his client was assured that the process would be completed within three months and he would be provided with a house after three months. He demonstrates that his client made the refund on 19th February, 2022 that is within three months from issuance of said letter dated 27th December, 2021. However, nothing happened thereafter. Hence, his client is before Court seeking relief.
Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, he will take instructions.
Counter be filed by 10th April, 2023. It is made clear, where prayer was for obtaining instructions, direction is being made for filing counter. Prayer for extension of time is not likely to be granted.
Petitioner may file rejoinder, to be accepted on adjourned date upon advance copy served.
