Judgment
ORDER
The parties are represented through their respective learned advocates.
Respondent filed application u/s 12(2) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code seeking extension of time. It is submitted that the 180 days is over on 13.08.2019 and the instant application is filed on 06.08.2019. Perused the Board Resolution passed on 01.08.2019 where Committee of Creditors resolved to extend further period of 90 days beyond 180 days as reflected at page No. 56 under Item No. 1 of resolution with 100% voting share in favour of extension of time.
Heard RP. Perused the pleadings as well as documents annexed therein. We find sufficient ground has been given for the extension of time for the period of 90 days beyond 180 days. Accordingly, instant application is allowed and IA 500 of 2019 in CP (IB) 506 of 2018 stands disposed of with the above observations.
