Panwa @ Pawan and Others vs State of Uttarakhand

Applicants- Panwa @ Pawan, Tejpal, Veer Singh, Subhash, Satish and Israt who are in jail in connection with crime no. 09 of 2012, relating to offences punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 308, 323, 325, 447, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Pathri, District Hardwar, have sought their release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there are cross FIRs of the incident. It is further submitted that there are injuries on both the sides. It is further pleaded that there is no specific role assigned to the applicants.

In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this court is of the view that applicants deserve bail. The bail application is allowed. Let applicants Panwa @ Pawan, Tejpal, Veer Singh, Subhash, Satish and Israt be released on bail on executing personal bond by each one of them, and furnishing two sureties for each one of them, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardwar.
