Judgment

Heard Sri R.C.Uttam, Advocate holding brief of Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A., and perused material on record.
The present matter under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to the court Additional Chief Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 61396 of 2017, (Smt.Pallavi Yadav Vs. Dr. Suman @ Deep) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, within stipulated period.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2017 without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
