Orders passed by the vacation court on any interlocutory application taking into consideration of urgency would always stand subject to the order that may be passed by the regular court. Ext.P16 is the order passed by the vacation court granting an order up to 09.06.2023, but so far the regular court/munsiff court has not taken up the matter. The stay granted would expire on 09.06.2023 and as such there is no justification on the part of the regular court/the munsiff court, North Paravur, in remaining inactive without attending the said application. It is pertaining to an election conducted to the office bearers of NSS Karayogam, Ext.P1 suit was filed. Ext.P17 application was submitted before the regular court. But, so far no order was passed on that application. Hence, there will be a direction to the trial court to dispose of the said application within ten days from the next date of posting. Till that time, the order passed under Ext.P16 will stand extended. Since it is for early disposal, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
The original petition will stand allowed accordingly.
