Judgment
Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members for repariring the petitioner's house situate in old Natham Survey No.176/1, New Natham Survey No.493/1, Door No.15/10, House Assessment Tax No.214D, under Patta No.2463 situated at Podampatti, Old Kannivadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District with peaceful living thereon by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2026, this writ petition is filed.
Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, summons were issued and enquiry is pending.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
