T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner apprehending transfer from the Government Lower Primary Schoo1, Kodolipram where he is working as Headmaster, to a school at a distant place. It is the case of the Petitioner that he was recently posted in U.P. School, Ayipuzha with effect from 01/04/2011 as per Ext.P4 order. Thereafter, the third Respondent was transferred as Headmaster to G.U.P School, Ayipuzha and the Petitioner was again transferred as per Ext.P6 to the present school at Kodolipram. Already the Petitioner has filed a representation as per Ext.P7 to the second Respondent-Deputy Director of Education to re-transfer him to G.U.P. School, Ayipuzha and the same is pending before the said Respondent for consideration, contends the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Apprehending transfer to a distant place, this writ petition has been filed.
