ORDER
Learned Counsel for the Applicant is present and seeks for extension of CIRP period beyond 360 days. Taking into consideration the said representation as well as the averments in the Application, we are not convinced to extend the period of CIRP beyond 360 days under Section 12 (3) of IBC, 2016 and also on the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the matter of Committee of Creditors of Essar Steel India Ltd. –vs – Satish Kumar Gupta & Othrs. vide City Civil Appeal No.8766- 67 of 2019 for failing to provide exceptional circumstances, this Application stands dismissed..
