Judgment
P.V.Kunhikrishnan, J
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To issue a writ of mandamus, any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to forbear from all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P-3 forthwith.
ii. To direct the respondents to reschedule the outstanding amount if any after accounting the loan account properly and permit the petitioner to regularize the same in a phased manner on a monthly basis.
iii. To issue a writ of certiorari, any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading up to the issuance of Exhibit P-3 and quash the same.
iv. To issue such other writ, order or direction as this honourable court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.

This writ petition is filed challenging the recovery proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent society. There is no interim order passed in this case. It is submitted by the counsel for the 3rd respondent that till the retirement of the petitioner, recovery was effected, and now, the petitioner retired from service. If that be the case, nothing survives in this case.
In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
