M. Jaichandren, J.—Heard Mr. M. Suresh Kumar, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, as well as Mr. M. Ravishankar, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent had submitted that an enquiry is being held by the Respondent, with regard to the dispute that had arisen between the Petitioner and one S. Petchiammal, who is the original allottee of shop No. 40, at Central Market, Mattuthavani, Madurai. He had also submitted that the said enquiry would be completed within ten days from today.

In such circumstances, the Respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, as submitted by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, within a period of ten days from today and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands closed, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
