The writ petitioners, seek promotion to the extantly vacant posts respectively, of, Naib Tehsildar/Assistant Consolidation Officer. The imperative

tenure, of, experience/service, in the apposite feeder category, for eligiblizing the writ petitioners, for theirs, seeking a claim, for theirs, becoming

considered, for, promotion to the afore post(s), extend(s) upto three years of service, hence in the feeder post(s).

The learned counsel for the writ petitioners, and the learned Additional Advocate General, submit that, now, the afore service, tenure or experience

in the feeder category, has been completed, by each of the writ petitioners. Furthermore, it is also stated at the bar, by the learned Additional

Advocate General, that the respondents concerned, shall consider, in accordance with the prevalent R&P Rules, and also in accordance with the,

contemplated thereto amendment(s), the suitability(ies) of each of the writ petitioner, for theirs, being considered for promotion, to the afore

promotional/selection post(s) concerned.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of, with a, direction to the respondents concerned, to, in accordance with the relevant Rules, and

guidelines, extantly prevailing, or if an amendment is thereto made, consider the suitability, of, promotion(s), of the writ petitioners, to the

promotional/selection post(s), of, Naib Tehsildar/Assistant Consolidation Officers concerned. The respondents concerned are further directed to,

within four months hereafter, complete the afore process. However, liberty is reserved to the writ petitioners, to, in case, they are invalidly ousted

from the afore process, make, a, motion thereagainst, before the appropriate Court of law. All pending applications are disposed of.
