Judgment
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the action of the respondent-Housing Board, whereby it has demanded an amount of Rs.20,16,096/- (Rupees twenty lac sixteen thousand and ninety six) from the petitioner in addition to the amount already deposited by him for the purpose of allotment of a house situated at SFS Scheme, MP Nagar, Bikaner.
During the pendency of the writ petition, the parties have arrived at a settlement that the respondent-Housing Board would refund the amount, already deposited by the petitioner, to him along with the interest to be calculated up to November, 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to accept the offer of respondent- Housing Board of refunding the amount already deposited by him along with interest at the rate of 6% to be calculated up to November, 2015 after deduction of service tax.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Housing Board to refund the amount already deposited by the petitioner along with the interest at the rate of 6% to be calculated up to November, 2015 after deduction of service tax within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Stay petition also stands disposed of.
