Judgment

Today the matters are listed in to be mentioned category. This Court on 02.08.2021 passed the following order;
"Counsel for the parties jointly submits that by efflux of time, the present review petitions as well as contempt petition have become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, these petitions are dismissed, as having become infructuous".
Office has informed that review petition No. 312/2017 has already been dismissed vide order dated 05.10.2018, however, to see the compliance this review petition was directed to be listed before the Court, therefore, the matter was listed on 02.08.2021.
Today, counsel for the parties informed that against the order dated 05.10.2018, the State of Rajasthan preferred D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 68/2019 along with other connected matters which were decided by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2019 confirming the order passed by the learned Single Bench.
It is further submitted that against the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, one Panna Ram Gurjar filed Special
Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s). 38547/2019 which was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 17.12.2019.
Counsel for the parties jointly submitted that no further action is required in these matters as the matters have already been settled up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In that view of the matter, since these matters are pending only to see the compliance and in view of the judgment passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 68/2019 and other connected matters & by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s). 38547/2019, no further action is required in these matters, therefore, the order dated 02.08.2021 is recalled.
Hence, these matters are consigned to record.
