Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count the work charge service of the petitioner from 19.09.1967 to 26.11.1977 for the purpose of pension, pensionary benefits and ACP benefits and further to re-fix the pension and release the arrears thereof along with interest @18% per annum.
On 01.09.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court under the category ‘For referral to the special mediation driver-mediation for the Nation’. Thereafter, the Mediator submitted a report, perusal of which indicates that a settlement/agreement dated 18.09.2025 has been executed between the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement/agreement dated 18.09.2025.
Ordered accordingly.
The pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also be disposed of.
