Whether Respondent No.1 has illegally migrated in connivance with Respondent No.2, a Service Provider, in violation of the Interconnect Regulations and has Respondent No.1 violated the standards of the Technical and Commercial Interconnect Agreement dated 27.02.2018 ?
To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled for ?
Five weeks time is prayed and allowed to the Petitioner for filing their Evidence Affidavits. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within five weeks thereafter. Let the matter be listed on 5th July, 2022 for directions.
