It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that let notice be issued upon the aforesaid respondent(s) to be served through Head of aforementioned Police Station(s).
In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue fresh notice upon aforesaid respondent(s) to be served by aforesaid Police Station(s).
Dasti/Direct service upto Head of aforesaid Police Station(s). After receiving notice of this Tribunal, Head of aforesaid Police Station(s) shall serve the notice upon respondent(s) and after taking its signatures upon the notice issued by this Tribunal, the papers will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.
As per the Govt. of India's Gazette Notification No.3708 dated 18th August, 2022, and at the request by counsel for the petitioner, this matter will be heard at Pune in the State of Maharashtra on 18.11.2022 at 11 a.m.
