ORDER
On the application filed by the Liquidator seeking private sale on the ground that the material to be auctioned is not even worth of Rs.15,000 whereby to avoid auction costs and all those things, the Liquidator is hereby directed to hold private sale of the scrap of old chairs and furnitures, accordingly this MA/756/2019 is hereby disposed of.
