ORDER
On having the parties reported that matter was settled between the Applicant and the Corporate Debtor before constitution of CoC, in view of the ratio laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Swiss Ribbons Private Limited and Another -vs- Union of India and others (2019) 4 SCC 17 (Para 82), this MA/827/2019 is hereby allowed by dismissing the Company Petition CP/884/IB/2018 as withdrawn.
