Mr. H. Kenajit, learned counsel, appears for the appellant Children's Home.

Service of notice is complete in so far as respondents No. 2-6 are concerned. However, we find that there is no proof of service of the notice upon respondent No. 1. Mr. N. Kenajit, learned counsel, seeks time to verify and file a tracking report in proof of such service, if already complete.

Mr. Ch. Momon, learned counsel, appears for respondents No. 4 & 5 while Mr. RK Umakanta, learned Government Advocate, appears for respondent No. 6. No representation for respondents No. 2 & 3, despite service of notice.

Mr. RK Umakanta, learned Government Advocate, seeks time to verify as to whether the children, who were hitherto housed in the appellant Children's Home, were returned to their relations/families and as to whether the Home has proper documentation and proof in relation thereto.

A report shall be filed in this regard by the next date of hearing.
