Learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file claim before the IRP, as the CIRP proceedings has been ordered to be initiated in IB-548/ND/2020 today vide order dated 08.03.2022.
In view of the same, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the Learned IRP and file the claim there as per law.
