Antony Dominic, J.—In pursuance to the application invited for appointment of Retail Outlet Dealership for Petroleum Dealer at Paippad, Kottayam, Petitioner submitted an application and was eventually disqualified in the selection process. It is challenging the above, the writ petition is filed.

2.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, what is disclosed is that, during the selection process, the Petitioner did not produce the documents showing her educational qualification and date of birth and that it was therefore that she was disqualified. Nothing has been produced by the Petitioner to contradict the said averments in the counter affidavit.

3.

If that be so, it cannot be said that the Respondents have committed any illegality in disqualifying the Petitioner. Even otherwise the 5th Respondent is conducting the outlet since 2005.

For these reasons, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition fails and it is accordingly dismissed.
