The petitioner, who is working as a Lecturer (Economics) in Government Senior Secondary School, Delgi, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, has come up before this Court seeking her transfer to Government Senior School, Kothi Deora on the ground that her son is suffering from epilepsy and is taking treatment from IGMC Shimla.
Notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Given the factual matrix of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders within two weeks. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
