Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel, appeared for the petitioner and submitted that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the respondents, has not disputed that the petitioner is entitled to the bill amount claimed by him in the writ petition. He further submitted that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the only stands taken by the respondents is that the PWD has requested the Administrative Department for re-validation of the CDA by a letter dated 10.03.2023 and only on this ground the bill claimed by the petitioner has not been released.
Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents, submitted that he may be given 2(two) weeks’ time to get instructions from the authority as to whether the process for revalidation of the CDA as requested by the PWD in its letter dated 10.03.2023 has been completed or not and to place such instructions before this Court on the next date of hearing.
In view of the submission made by the learned G.A., list this case again on 04.11.2024.
