An affidavit has been filed by the Joint Secretary Finance, Nodal Officer which is taken on record.
Mr. Gaurav Jindal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana has stated that in pursuance of the earlier orders cases pertaining to pension/family pension/retiral benefits etc. have already been identified by all the Statutory Boards and Corporations of the State of Haryana which can be re-visited unless there is a specific interim order by any Court. He submitted that since the identification has been done, necessary action will be taken within a period of 2 months.
So far as the present petition is concerned, Mr. Rahul Dev Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-HVPNL submitted that all the benefits have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner and his wife have also died and there is no LR on record nor he has any instructions from them.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-HVPNL that all the benefits have already been paid to the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of.
On the larger issue with regard to the action to be taken as per the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, let the present petition be listed for compliance purposes after two months.
The compliance report to be filed by the Nodal Officer.
