Judgment
Dinesh Kumar Singh, J
The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:
“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit. P4 objection submitted by the petitioner against the proposal for changing the timings of the 2nd respondent's service on the route Manjeri - Tirur in respect of stage carriage KL-56/T 6669, in the timing conference scheduled to 14.12.2023, in the interest of justice.
ii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”
At the moment, the petitioner does not have any cause of action before this Court. The petitioner has filed this writ petition merely on the apprehension that the petitioner’s objection in the timing conference shall not be considered.
This Court does not entertain the writ petition on mere apprehension. Thus, there is no cause of action now for filing the writ petition.
The writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner may participate in the timing conference and raise his objections.
