Heard learned Counsel for the parties and gone through the status report as well as the record placed on file by the parties.

It appears from the status report that a departmental inquiry report was submitted on 27.1.2018 in respect to various illegalities and irregularities

with respect to sanction, release and receipt of loan amount of `1,50,000/- each in favour of three Help Groups at Jogindra Co-operative Bank, Shamti,

District Solan, inter-alia, indicting the petitioner, who served as Manager of the concerned branch of the Bank w.e.f. November 2013 to 2016. The

allegations as well as inquiry report pertain to the above referred period.

On the basis of the inquiry report dated 27.1.2018, which in turn was based upon the incidents alleged to have happened during 2013 to 2016, instant

FIR No. 3/2020 was registered on 22.7.2020 at Police Station, SV & ACB, Solan under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of Indian Penal Code and

Sections 13(1)a read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act. Petitioner, a lady, aged 45 years, permanent resident of District Solan is

stated to be still serving in the Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank. The status report does not indicate any criminal history of the petitioner. According

to the status report, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of the above, the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.7.2020 is confirmed on same terms and conditions.

It is made clear that in case the petitioner violates the terms and conditions of the grant of bail, then it shall be open for the Investigating Agency to

take recourse in accordance with law for getting the bail cancelled. It is made clear that observations made above are only for the purpose of

adjudication of instant bail petition and shall not be construed as an opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.

The parties shall not insist upon for obtaining certified copy of this order and shall download the same from the website of the High Court. However,

the Registry is directed to send coy of this order to learned counsel for the parties through email subject to furnishing email addresses by them, if so

required.

Copy of this judgment duly authenticated by the Secretary be supplied to learned counsel for the parties, if so requested.
