The prayer made by the petitioner is for extension of relief granted in CWP(T) No.6801 of 2008 (Annexure P-3) in similar circumstances.
Mr.Adarsh K. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that if that is so, liberty be given to the petitioner to approach the respondents
for consideration of her case in the light of Annexure P-3.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record. In the facts and circumstances, when the petitioner submits that her
case is squarely covered by Annexure P-3, it is for her to approach the respondents along with the judgment (Annexure P-3). Accordingly, the
petitioner is permitted to make a representation along with Annexure P-3 within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation,
the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner as to whether her case is also covered as per Annexure P-3 within a period of three
months thereafter.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any.
