P. Sam Koshy, J
In the instant Writ Petition, the petitioner while he was working as a Teacher at the Government Middle School, Salhekota was transferred to the Government Boys Middle School, Usad, Block Marwahi on vacancy that crept in at the School at Marwahi.
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, since the petitioner is working at the said place for long, the respondent No.4 may consider her claim and post her permanently at the said school. He submits that the petitioner has made representation in this regard before the respondents on 03/05/2018 which is pending consideration.
In the given facts, since the nature of relief sought for is within the domain of the respondent No.4 this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance to its own merits.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
