1 This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case F.I.R. No.0063 dated 15.03.2023 registered under Sections 406/420 IPC at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.
2 On 20.12.2023 the following order was passed:-
This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.0063 dated 15.03.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, 1860 at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to show his bona fide the petitioner is paying an amount of Rs.4.00 lacs in the name of the complainant Raj Kapoor and undertakes to pay another amount of Rs.3.00 lacs within a period of 4 weeks from the date of his release. Copy of the demand draft has been kept on the record.
Adjourned to 01.02.2024.
In the meantime, the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
3 In compliance of the order dated 20.12.2023 the counsel for the petitioner has produced demand draft dated 30.01.2024 amounting to Rs.3,00,000/- in the name of the complainant. The same has been handed over to Mr. Rajesh K.Dhankar, Advocate for the complainant. Copy of the demand draft is taken on record.
4 In view of above, order dated 20.12.2023 is made absolute.
5 Petition stands disposed off.
