Judgment

Pursuant to order passed by this Court, Ms.Maulika Shah, Deputy Secretary, Education Department has joined virtual hearing. She states that the
file is pending for final decision before the Finance Department and it may take some time.
It is unfortunate that though the State authorities have lost in Letters Patent Appeal and review application, the files are moving very slow and there
is non-compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge way back on 02.07.2019.
Court is concerned with the compliance of this order. Different department of Sachivalaya may not keep file pending and it is expected that orders
passed by the Court and have become final are dealt with immediately. It is also expected from the Secretary, General Administrative Department,
Secretary of the Finance Department to see that the order passed by the learned Single Judge way back on 02.07.2019 by which they have supposed
to comply with the order within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt is complied with before the next date of hearing, failing which, strict
actions shall be taken against all concerned.
Stand over to 30.7.2021.
Copy of this order Ms. Maulika Shah, Deputy Secretary, shall personally see that order passed today is informed to both the Secretaries.
