ORDER
Advocate, Mr. Mandeep Singh appeared on behalf of Applicant. IRP, Mr. Nimai Gautam Shah is present in person.
The instant application is filed by the Applicant under Section 12A of IB Code for withdrawal of C.P. (I.B.) 152/2019 filed under section 9 of the IB Code, which was admitted on 08.10.2020. The IRP is present in person.
It is further submitted that the Committee of Creditors is not yet constituted and meanwhile, the parties have settled the matter. Consequent upon the settlement, the instant application is filed for withdrawal by the Applicant.
Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and stands disposed off.
