Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Kanungo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). His client seeks direction for realization of pending grant-in-aid considering recommendation of District Level Project Appraisal Committee. To that end, his client has made, inter alia, representation dated 26th February, 2020 to opposite party no.2. He submits, his client be given liberty to make fresh representation to said opposite party and there be direction for expeditious consideration and disposal thereof.
Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, in event fresh representation is made, it will be duly dealt with.
Petitioner, by 29th July, 2022 will submit fresh representation to opposite party no.2 along with this order. Said opposite party is directed to consider and dispose of the same within four weeks from communication. Either grant-in-aid is to be disbursed or reasons for rejection of the claim to be made known to petitioner within that time.
The writ petition is disposed of.
