Judgment
(1) Applicant-Nigam Sarup seeks for a direction to comply with Judgment dated 1st September, 2015 passed in C.A.NO(s).6693-6694 of 2015 and Order dated 23rd August, 2017 passed in Contempt Petition NO(s).38-39 of 2017.
(2) According to the applicant he is entitled to a sum of Rs.20,69,943/- whereas the respondents have only paid an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- to applicant no.1. As per the averments made in the application there appears to be dispute regarding the refixing of the basic pay of the applicant and the calculation hereon.
(3) We do not find any good ground to entertain these interlocutory applications (M.A. NO(s).370-371 of 2019) filed in C.A. NO(s).6693-6694 of 2015. The interlocutory applications are hereby disposed of giving liberty to the applicant(s) to challenge the order before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
(4) Further it is made clear that if any representation made by the applicant(s) is still pending consideration, this order will not preclude the applicant(s) to approach the concerned authority to consider the same on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
