Judgment
The petitioner states that custody of a minor child namely, Kumari Brishti Nama, aged 14 years is with the respondents No. 1 to 9 namely, Sri Tapas Nama, Sri Rabi Nama, Smt. Bijali Nama, Prasenjit Nama, Smt. Laxmi Pal(Nama), Ranjit Das, Sri Motilal Das, Smt. Ujjala Das and Shri Subrata Das who have unauthorizedly and illegally detained her.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable for 12.09.2019. Service upon the respondents No. 1 to 9 shall be effected through respondent No. 13, Superintendent of Police, South Tripura, Belonia.
Mr. Mangal Debbarma, learned Addl. G.A. appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents No. 10 to 14.
Mr. A. K. Pal, learned counsel undertakes to file the process fees during the course of the day and Sri Mangal Debbarma, learned Addl. G. A also undertakes to collect the notices during the course of the day.
In any event, we direct respondent No.13, the Superintendent of Police to ensure that the child is produced before the Court on the next date.
