Judgment

Petitioner's contention is that the petitioner had seen respondents 3 and 4 poisoning stray dogs. She had made a complaint to the concerned police station and to the CEO of the Cantonment Board Jabalpur. That complaint did not yield any result. Thereafter a complaint was made to the JMFC, Jabalpur under Section 156 (3) which is registered as UNCR No.2194 of 2023 and the same is pending. It is also contended that complaint was also made to the Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur.
Thereafter on 30.07.2023 one of the car belonging to the family of the petitioner was attacked with stone pelting etc. for which report was lodged registering case crime No.200 of 2023 on 30.07.2023 at 22:04 Hrs. It is submitted that thereafter this complaint has embolden respondents 3 and 4 and yesterday night they have put another car of the family on fire as can be seen from Annexure P-4. It is submitted that complete CCTV footage of the incident has been provided to the police but the police is not taking any interest.
Shri Subodh Kathar, learned Government Advocate waives notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the petition along with the documents to him during course of the day.
Let instructions be sought by Shri Kathar, Government Advocate as to what investigation is carried in the matter of CCTV footage provided by the petitioner against the respondents 3 and 4 and report be furnished on 04.09.2023.
