Judgment
In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.281/2020 of Police Station ACB, Kota for the offence punishable under Sections 7, 7A
of P.C. Act and Sections 384 & 120B of IPC. They have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. Co-accused Chhagan Meghwal
(S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail
Application No.13603/2020) has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2020.
Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems
it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, these bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed and it is directed that petitioners (1) Nepal Singh @ Mahipal Singh S/o
Lakhvir Singh, (2) Jitendra Singh S/o Bachchan Singh, (3) Mahipal Singh S/o Kalu Singh and (4) Puran Singh S/o Shivbaksh Singh shall be released on
bail in connection with FIR No.281/2020 of Police Station ACB, Kota provided each of them execute a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- with
two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for their appearance before that court on each and every
date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
