Judgment
This transfer petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner - wife for transfer of H.M.A. Case No. 91 of 2017 titled as Amit Prakash Agnihotri versus Neha Handa, pending before the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, New Delhi.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner - wife as well as the respondent-husband, who appears in person.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent- husband and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied with the averments made in this petition and deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly.
The Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan shall forthwith transmit the record of the H.M.A. Case No. 91 of 2017 titled as Amit Prakash Agnihotri versus Neha Handa to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, New Delhi.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
