Judgment
The petitioner-wife seeks for transfer of OP(Div.) No.1569/2019 pending on the files of the Family Court, Mavelikkara, to the Family Court at
Palakkad.

proceeding between the parties pending before the Family Court at Palakkad as OP 235/2020 filed by the petitioner herein seeking a decree of
divorce. The petitioner is stated to be residing with her parents. The petitioner is unemployed and does not have any source of income. In the
circumstances, I am of the opinion that the transfer as sought for can be granted.
In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. OP(Div.) No.1569/2019 pending on the files of the Family Court, Mavelikkara, will stand withdrawn and
transferred to the Family Court at Palakkad.
