Judgment

One Shashikala lodged a complaint with the jurisdictional police and the same came to be registered in Crime No. 57/2012 for the offences punishable under sections 494, 498A, 506, 504, 324 r/w Section 149 IPC. Petitioners are accused Nos. 2 to 6. Even according to the complaint the main allegation is against the accused No. 1. There are no specific allegations against the petitioners, except stating that first accused has taken the first petitioner as second wife. Further it reveals that the second marriage of first petitioner with the first accused was known to the complainant for a long time. In this connection, it is also stated that there were Panchayaths. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the petitioners are to be enlarged on bail.
For the reasons stated above, the following:
ORDER
The petition is hereby allowed. The petitioners are enlarged on bail on the following conditions:-
i) In the event of arrest of petitioners by the respondent police, then they shall be released subject to they executing personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the arresting authority.
ii) Whenever the Investigation Officer calls upon the petitioners, they shall keep present for completion of the investigation.
iii) The petitioners shall not in any manner tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
Violation of any one of the conditions above will result in cancellation of bail order. Ordered accordingly.
