Judgment
The present application has been filed on behalf of the IRP praying therein that he has received the FA-V for the withdrawal of the application which has been registered as CA-306/2020.
Heard the Ld. Counsel for the IRP and perused the averments made in the application. Ld. Counsel for the IRP submitted that on 08.01.2020 in para 13, it is specifically mentioned that in terms of public announcement dated 15.12.2019 last date for submission of claim was 26.12.2019 but no claim was received by the IRP. He further submitted that IRP has received his complete payment and there is no dues pending. He further submitted that CoC has not been constituted.
Considering these facts, we think it proper to approve the application filed by the IRP. Accordingly, the main application is dismissed as withdrawn since the IRP submitted that he has received his fees therefore, we do not think it proper to give any direction to the authority for payment of IRP. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
