The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the applicant, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.

147/2018, Police Station Kotadi, District â€" Bhilwara for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC.

It is, inter alia, indicated in the application that the co-accused Maksud in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 5418/2019 and Sikandar @

Sanjay in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 3500/2019, have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and that

the allegations against the present applicant are not different from the allegations made against the said Maksud and Sikandar @ Sanjay and the

offences are triable by Magistrate.

In the circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by

the applicant deserves to be accepted.

Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-applicant â€" Naveen s/o. Moolchandra Joshi arrested in connection

with FIR No. 147/2018, Police Station Kotadi, District - Bhilwara, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/-

(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial

court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
