Judgment
P.V.Kunhikrishnan, J
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. Issue of a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P3 application within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. Declare that the petitioner is entitled to carry on the supply of Organic Fertilizer on the strength of Exhibit P2 letter of Authorization pending final disposal of the writ petition.
iii. Grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for and as the court may deem fit to grant and grant the cost of the Writ Petition (Civil).

Today, when this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that Ext.P3 is being considered by the authority concerned and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
In the light of the same, no further orders are necessary. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the authority concerned to consider Ext.P3, as expeditiously as possible.
