Matter taken upon being mentioned by the Insolvency professional.
On the oral representation of the learned counsel for the financial creditor that IRP is not named, this Tribunal has appointed Smt.Padma Priya, from the IBBI Panel. However, it is now brought to the notice that Shri Chakilam Nagarjuna Rao, was named by the financial creditor and the earlier representation was inadvertently made. Therefore, the order appointing Smt.Padma Priya, to act as RP who in fact has not filed her consent letter is hereby revoked and Shri Chakilam Nagarajuna Rao, who is having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-12215/2021-2022/14065, Mobile No.9959888576, e-mail: [email protected] is hereby appointed to act as Resolution professional to conduct resolution process of personal guarantor in the instant matter as his name appears on the current database of IBBI. The Resolution Professional shall file report within 10 days from the date of this order. Petitioner is directed to pay sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards initial expenses of Resolution Professional.
