Judgment
S. N. Saxena, J.—Heard the learned counsel for the revisionist.
This revision is directed against the order dated 591990 of the learned 11 Addl. Sessions Judge, Fatehpur, who dismissed the revision of the revisionist preferred against the order dated 1051988 of learned III Addl. Munsif Magistrate, Fatehpur, who had allowed the application of revisionist''s wife Smt. Masroom Bibi mbved under Section 125, Cr. P. C. and ordered for payment of Rs. 150 as maintenance for her and Rs. 100 per month maintenance for the minor son till he attains majority, The order of the Learned Munsif Magistrate was challenged in revision, The learned II Addl. Sessions Judge agreed with the findings of fact recorded by the learned Addl. Munsif Magistrate and, therefore, dismissed the revision application. The matter thus has been concluded by concurrent fiindings of facts of both the courts below. It could not be shown that the approach of either of the two courts had been unteaconable or perverse.
This revision application in view of the above, is liable to be dismissed. The amount of maintenance fixed by the learned Magistrate is on the lower side but for that the wife may seek such remedy as may be open to her,
This revision application is dismissed.
Revision dismissed.
