This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to look into the grievance of petitioner as per the
representation i.e. Annexure P-6 to conduct fair investigation and take appropriate legal action against the private respondents in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact respondent No.7 performed marriage with the petitioner and thereafter, she has again
performed marriage with respondent No.8 namely Amit son of Ram Kumar @ Fauji.
A perusal of the record shows that on an earlier occasion a similar petition was filed by the petitioner before this Court bearing case CRWP NO. 4
OF 2021, in which after issuing notice of motion, reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narnaund-II was filed and on
25.02.2021, the petitioner has withdrawn the same as respondent No.7 has denied that she has performed marriage with the petitioner or she is in
illegal detention of respondent No.8.
Be whatsoever, this is not the job of the police to find out whether respondent No.7 has performed marriage with the petitioner or not or whether
during subsistence of such marriage, she has again performed marriage with respondent No.8 as the petitioner has efficacious remedy of filing a
complaint before the Matrimonial Court for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
