Supplementary affidavit dated 2.8.2012 by Sh. Munshi Ram Verma, under Secretary (Personnel) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh stands filed. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, by the indulgence of this Court from time to time, the arrears of pay/pension stands already paid.

Vide para-2 of the affidavit aforesaid, it has been informed that the respondents shall credit the pension as per the revised authority dated 31.7.2012 at the rate of Rs. 6399 and 58% DA in the bank account of the petitioner in the next month, i.e. the month of September. Further in para-4, it is also stated that the revision of the pension, grant of DA thereon is an ongoing process subject to revision from time to time and arrears, if any accrued thereon, shall be paid to the petitioner on its revision, if any, by the State Government.

In view of the above, I hope and trust that the aforesaid undertakings given in paras 2 & 4 of the affidavit, as indicated hereinabove, the respondents shall make compliance to avoid any hardship to the petitioner who stands retired as the Vice Chairman of the erstwhile H.P. Administrative Tribunal and shall not be compelled to knock at the doors of the Court to get justice, without any fault on his part. With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
