Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
A. That Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue the writ in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned office order dated 14.03.2023 contained in Annexure P-3
B. That Your Lordships may further graciously be pleased to issue the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at BDIGC, Una, District Una, (HP).
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client would content, in case, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically taking into consideration his medical condition and accommodate him against a vacant post at Amb.
In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer made by the petitioner appears to be genuine. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to treat the instant petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and consider and decide the same sympathetically. Till such time, status quo be maintained.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
