Judgment

The instant criminal misc. applications have been preferred on behalf of the petitioners seeking necessary corrections in the order dated 28.7.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No.8481/2021 and S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No.8482/2021. It is submitted that inadvertently, in the order dated 28.7.2021, FIR numbers could not be mentioned. It is further submitted that in the memo of bail applications, the jail name was mentioned as District Jail, Nagaur whereas, the petitioners are presently lodged at Central/District Jail, Ajmer. Learned counsel for the petitioners, thus, prayed that necessary corrections may be carried out.
In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is hereby directed that the order dated 28.7.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No.8481/2021 and S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No.8482/2021, shall be read as under:-
"These interim bail applications have been preferred on behalf of petitioners - Naresh @ Nenaram S/o Ganesharam and Munaram @ Muniya S/o Ganesharam with a prayer for releasing them on interim bail for a period of thirty days on account of death of their father.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report prepared by the SHO, Police Station Shree Balalji, Distt. Nagaur verifying the factum of death of petitioners' father on 9.6.2021.
Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, these interim bail applications are allowed and it is directed that petitioners - Naresh @ Nenaram S/o Ganesharam and Munaram @ Muniya S/o Ganesharam shall be released on interim bail for a period of fifteen days from 4.8.2021 in connection with FIR No.448/2012, P.S. Kotwali, Nagaur (S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No. 8481/2021) and FIR No.31/2012 of P.S. Shri Balaji, Distt. Nagaur (S.B. Criminal Misc. Interim Bail Application No. 8482/2021) provided each of them executes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent/Deputy Superintendent, Central/District Jail, Ajmer.
In any case, Naresh @ Nenaram S/o Ganesharam and Munaram @ Muniya S/o Ganesharam shall surrender themselves before the concerned jail authorities on 19.8.2021 at 10.00 AM positively."
