Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
CWP No. 760 of 2021
On 24.3.2021, this Court passed the following order:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner states that one of the posts of TGT (Arts) is falling vacant on 31.03.2021 on account of retirement of the present incumbent at GSSS Mahadev, Sundernagar. Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain instructions.
List on 30.03.2021."
In compliance to the above order, learned Advocate General has placed before this Court a copy of instruction dated 27.03.2021, the relevant portion whereof reads as under:
"I have the honour to submit that the above cited case alongwith COPC No.28/2021 was listed before the Hon'ble High Court on 24.03.2021 when the learned counsel for the petitioner states that one of the posts of TGT(Arts) is falling vacant on 31.3.2021 on account of retirement of the present incumbent at GSSS Mahadev, Sundernagar. The Hon'ble High Court granted a week's time to file instructions.
In this regard, it is submitted that the petitioner has been adjusted at GSSS Mahadev, District Mandi against vacancy to be caused on 31.3.2021 due to the retirement of present incumbent. The copy of the order dated 26.3.2021 is annexed herewith for kind perusal please."
Since the petitioner stands adjusted as per his request, therefore, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, so also the pending application(s), if any.
COPC No. 28 of 2021.
In view of the aforesaid order, no case for contempt is made out. Hence, the contempt petition is dismissed.
