This application has been filed for disposal of the appeal in terms of the compromise reached between the parties.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Vikas Lohan, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicants-appellants and waives service. He admits the factum of compromise.
According to the contents of the application, the applicant-respondent No.3 had agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.5.7 lacs in full and final
settlement of the claim of the non-applicant-appellants. The offer is acceptable to the non-applicant-appellants and thus, the case can be disposed of.
Application is accordingly disposed of and main case is taken on board today itself.

In view of the aforementioned compromise, the appeal is partly allowed and an additional amount of Rs.5.7 lacs shall be paid to appellant No.2-
